The annual membership dues for Exhorter, General License or Ordination credentials are $35 with a one-time application processing fee of $5.
All membership credentials expire each January and are renewable then
Membership dues may be paid by Check, Money Order or Credit / Debit Card. To use a Credit or Debit card simply click on the CREDIT / DEBIT FORM and download. You may also request a form be mailed to you or you can call the general office at 602-277-1953. Please note: We do not store credit or debit card information in our files. Once the charge is processed all information is shredded. This is our guarantee to you
